My Family

Naomi Vaughan began taking photos while traveling during her teens. Her interests in photography, writing and traveling led to a Photojournalism degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 2004. During school she interned at the Office of the Attorney General of Texas under Greg Abbott as a staff photographer and she assisted commercial photographers in the Austin area.

Currently she is a promotional photographer for Pantagleize Theater in Fort Worth and a portrait photographer specializing in mothers-to-be and environmental portraiture.

Her style is documentary photography, but she enjoys the intimacy of one-on-one photo sessions. By skillfully combining those elements, she creates lasting images.
